Public Service Announcement:  The Fremont County Solid Waste Disposal District will be developing additional landfill space at their Dubois landfill between June 15, 2025, and September 30, 2025.  During this period of time, the free yard waste program will be closed due to limited site space.  What does this mean?  All yard waste, manure, branches, and other wood waste will not be accepted for free.  These waste steams can still be disposed of at the landfill; however, customers will be directed to weigh their loads and pay for disposal at the standard $80 per ton disposal fee.  Please feel free to call with any questions at (307) 332-7040.
